Our Token Foundry is a comprehensive 10-week program designed for projects building at the intersection of AI & Web3 that are preparing for their token generation event.  Each week of the program includes 1-1 mentoring sessions with Mentor Collective experts providing specific guidance on the various elements of a successful token launch.  The program is highly bespoke, as each participant has different needs and capabilities.  The program is broken into eight different parts that each participant will master:  

TGE 101
We start with a general overview of the TGE process and a comprehensive review of the major tasks to be completed to prepare for a successful token launch, including 

• Token utility 

• Tokenomics best practices and how to simulate token economic designs

• Optimizing token distribution 

• Smart contract development and security audit considerations

TGE Narrative 
We work with the team to craft a compelling narrative that will attract relevant token buyers.  Important parts of the narrative include:

• Problem the project is solving  

• The MASSIVE opportunity

• Why this team is going to crush it

• Traction

Legal Considerations 
We’ll help the project understand and evaluate the legal tradeoffs involved in TGEs, including 

• Where to domicile 

• How to address U.S.-specific regulatory challenges

• Compliance strategies for decentralized projects and DAOs

• KYC/AML considerations for token sales and listings

Go To Market Strategies
We’ll provide context for the various potential go to market strategies, with a focus on community building and engagement   

 
Exchange Listings 
We’ll review the plusses and minuses of DEX’s and CEX’s  and provide insight into navigating the listing requirements of various exchanges. 

Liquidity Management
The TGE is just the start of the journey.  Post TGE it’s critical to have a comprehensive strategy to solve for the liquidity of the token including driving demand for the token and minimizing sell pressure.  

Treasury Management
Once the funds are received, the project needs a robust treasury management process to minimize risk and protect against malevolent actors.  

Best Demonstrated Practices
We’ll review successful token listings and lessons learned from both successful and less successful TGEs. 

At the end of this program,  participants will have a comprehensive understanding of the token listing process and the steps necessary for a successful TGE and post TGE experience.
